Review: Fanimation Belize Ceiling Fans

Fanimation Belize Ceiling Fans

The Fanimation Belize ceiling fan is both contemporary and traditional. With it’s clear/frosted housing and black wood blades you get the modern black stone look, yet with the amber/brown housing and sambel sand wood blades, you get a completely different living room ranch look. The glass mosaic housing looks great with the blade arm holder separating the top and bottom. With the built-in uplight it also captures and draws eyes to the mosaic housing. The black blade, clear/frosted design and the sambel sand blade, amber/brown design both bring two contrasting styles to a room.

The Fanimation Belize includes a remote to control its three forward and reverse speeds from the comfort of wherever you happen to be, because with its 60 inch blade sweep and 14 degree pitch, you can enjoy its cooling air from afar. The 188×25 motor also includes a limited lifetime warranty. The Belize ceiling fan is typically priced around $400. The following is Ceilingfantasia.com’s review of the Fanimation Belize:

Review: Fanimation Mavrik Ceiling Fans

Fanimation Mavrik Ceiling Fans

The Fanimation Mavrik ceiling fan shown in this picture has faux crocodile leather adorning its motor housing. An alternate style Mavrik has faux burgundy leather wrapped around its housing. Fanimation describes the Mavrik with one word, adventurous, and I wouldn’t say that they are far off of the mark. The Maverik is a rather bold contemporary ceiling fan that would fit as well in a wild game trophy room as it would in a den. I believe that the design of the Mavrik may be cherished by some and dismissed by others as being overdone.

Regardless of one’s opinion of the design, the Fanimation Mavrik is a quality ceiling fan manufactured by one of the best in the industry. This ceiling fan comes standard with a built in uplight and is available in either a chrome finish with cherry finish blades or a brushed brass finish with mahogany finish blades. The Fanimation Mavrik has a 52 inch blade sweep, a 15 degree blade pitch, and four forward and reverse speeds. Included with this ceiling fan is a C27 wall control that powers both the fan motor and uplight. The Mavrik is typically priced around $250 dollars. The following is Ceiling Fantasia’s review of the Fanimation Mavrik.

Review: Fanimation Old Havana Wall Fans

Fanimation Old Havana Wall Mount Fans

The Fanimation Old Havana wall mount fan is a trip back to the early 1900s before air conditioners. Back in those days individuals desiring a comfortable cool environment would often mount a wall fan right next to their favorite recliner. The Fanimation Old Havana is an antique replica wall mount fan that brings a level of class and sophistication to any environment it is placed in. A ceiling mount or floor/desk mount may also be purchased for this fan, making its possibilities for cooling almost limitless.

The Old Havana can be purchased in an antique copper, black, pewter or rust finish and has three forward speeds. As stated previously, this wall mount fan can be mounted on a wall, ceiling or desk. For floor or desk mounted fans, supporting columns come in either a clean tubular finish, an interestingly carved finish or a cane wrapped finish to meet whatever your design needs may be. A remote or wall control for the Old Havana may be purchased separately. This wall mount fan is typically priced between $300 and $450 depending upon options chosen. Review: Fanimation Draco Ceiling Fans

Fanimation Zonix Ceiling Fans

When I fix my eyes upon the Fanimation Draco many words come to mind, but I have a difficult time fixating on a phrase that totally captures the design. Fanimation tags the Draco as cool, contemporary and captivating. I suppose that is an adequate description of the fan, but for me, the ambiguously defined phrase, geek chic, comes to the forefront of my mind. Geek chic is a phrase that has just recently become popular now that the Internet has granted so much power to us nerds. Somewhat nerdy clothing and other geeky accessories, such as household goods, have a slight air of coolness now. I’m guessing that it’s the black rims and circular rings adorning the fan that are reminding me of those thick black rimmed glasses that should come standard with a pocket protector (think Back to the Future), but I digress.

Other than being geek chic in my opinion, the Draco ceiling fan surely has a 50s burger and milkshake joint look to it. I can imagine the Fanimation Draco being a captivating focal point in the right retro environment. Please keep in mind that 50s retro environments are considered somewhat contemporary these days but not exactly modern. It can be difficult to keep all of these subjective design phrases straight sometimes. It cannot be debated though that the Draco is a quality uniquely styled ceiling fan that will surely draw attention from your guests. This ceiling fan is a unipacked fan that comes in either a chrome or glossy black finish and sports a 60 inch blade sweep with a 15 degree pitch. Its powerful 188 x 25 Fanimation motor has three forward and reverse speeds that are controlled by an included remote control. The Draco is typically priced around $400.
