Review: Fanimation Kubix Ceiling Fans

Fanimation Kubix Ceiling Fans

Glancing at the Fanimation Kubix ceiling fan, no matter how hard I stretch my imagination, I cannot fathom why Fanimation decided to label it with such a name. Alright, maybe it’s the fact that the fan takes its inspiration from a cube, with a cubic body, lighting set and angular blades. The Fanimation Kubix would fit nicely into any environment with art deco styling. Art deco is a style of design that was popular during the 1920s and 30s, which is based upon mathematical geometric shapes.

The Kubix is a unipacked fan available in two finishes, oil-rubbed bronze and satin nickel. A reversible set of cherry or walnut blades and a lighting kit are included with each finish. This ceiling fan’s blade sweep is 54 inches with a 14 degree blade pitch. The Kubix is powered by Fanimation’s sturdy 153×18 motor with three forward and reverse speeds. Fanimation’s C24 remote control is also included but a wall control can be purchased if needed. This ceiling fan is typically priced around $350. The following is’s rating of the Fanimation Kubix:

Style: 4 of 5
Durability: 4 of 5
Customization: 2 of 5
Efficiency: 4 of 5
Airflow: 4of 5
Quality: 5 of 5
Value: 5 of 5
